Linda is an active member of several Boards of Realtors. Linda is an active and involved member in several non-profit organizations and enjoys lending her experience in successful charity fundraising. Linda is a member of the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute and carries the designation of AARE – Accredited Auctioneer in Real Estate. Linda has been elected as a Director with the Texas Auctioneers Association.

Leo Welsh is a founding principal in Linda Welsh Auction & Realty Group and is a licensed Broker/Realtor ® and an Associate Auctioneer in the state of Texas. Leo is an experienced sales, marketing and financial executive, having worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Xerox and Sprint and other telecommunications service providers for most of his career. Leo is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting and has an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Leo is a frequent lecturer at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Sara Edgington

Sara is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas and holds several professional designations that combine her skills and her many years of experience in both fields. Sara has been a long term resident of  Round Rock, TX - a thriving and industrious City north of Austin and is very familiar with the Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and Hutto areas and has been actively involved in the community since 1994.  Sara recently served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Auctioneers Association for three years. Sara has been professionally trained as an expert witness and has worked with Austin Community College as an Adjunct Professor developing and writing courses to educate consumers about real estate and auctions.
Sara carries the designations of AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate), CES Certified Estate Specialist, and CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) as well as CAGA (member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America). Sara's enthusiasm and desire to help buyers and sellers throughout the years has allowed her to develop and maintain many long term clients and friendships. She has a passion for real estate, decorating, community service, her parents, children and extended family of which she is most proud.

David Ackel

David Ackel, Austin, TX, is a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas as well as Louisiana

David has earned the prestigious title of State Champion Auctioneer. He was designated a “Colonel” of the State of Louisiana for his Auctioneer accomplishments. David grew up and worked in his family’s auction business in Louisiana. He currently channels his auctioneering talents as a Charity Auctioneer and Live Auction consultant. David has provided Auctioneering services as a Live Auction consultant and as an auctioneer for such notable organizations as First Tee of Greater Austin, Dell Children’s Hospital, Coastal Conservation Association and many others. David is also an experienced Investment advisor and has served as a Private Client Group Resource manager and Senior Financial Consultant. David has a Masters Degree from the University of Louisiana and he and his wife Amanda have three young children.

David Runte

David Runte, Austin/Houston TX is a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas and works as an Auctioneer, and Ringmen/Bid assistant. David offers his services to the community as a Charity Auctioneer and Ringman – having performed several Benefit auctions since 2006. David also holds the designation of GPPA – Graduate Personal Property Appraiser and is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association as well as the National Auctioneers Association. David attended the Texas Auction Academy and founded Clear Lake Auction Company. David has experience in Live Auctions and manages all services for On-Line Auctions. David has considerable experience in project management, overseeing graphic design, web design, sales, contract negotiation and all aspects of auction preparation and execution including, merchandise pick-up and set-up, photography and descriptions, advertising, marketing, sound system replacement and upgrades, set up and post sale pick up, payments and reconciliations. When David is not working as an Auctioneer and/or Ringman/Bid Assistant or coordinating an On-Line Auction, you may find him enjoying golf, restoration, boating, fishing, hiking or travelling. David and his wife Hilary are parents to JD and Courtney.
