Linda is a member of the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute and carries the designation of AARE – Accredited Auctioneer in Real Estate. Leo Welsh is a founding principal in Linda Welsh Auction & Realty Group and is a licensed Broker/Realtor ® and an Associate Auctioneer in the state of Texas. Leo is an experienced sales, marketing and financial executive, having worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Xerox and Sprint and other telecommunications service providers for most of his career. Leo is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting and has an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Leo is a frequent lecturer at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Ross Bandy

Ross Bandy, Weatherford, Tx, is a full time Professional Auctioneer and Ringman. He is experienced in sales and marketing, and makes a specialty of innovative solutions for sellers, as well as ensuring that buyers enjoy each auction experience. Ross is an active member of the Texas Auctioneers Association, and the National Auctioneers Association. Ross is based in Weatherford Texas, near the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex and is a veteran of the US Navy. He is very active in the local business community.

Lisa Gay

Lisa Gay is a full time auctioneer and a 2002 graduate of Southeastern School of Auctioneering. She completed her Certified Auctioneer Institute Training at the University of Indiana in 2007. She will receive her Graduate Personal Property Appraisal certification in March 2008. She currently serves as 1st Vice President of the Texas Auctioneer’s Association. She is a member of the National Auctioneer’s Association. With a strong background in sales & marketing Lisa is an expert at bringing together the best of buyer’s and sellers. Lisa is based out of Dickinson Texas, just south of Houston.

Kimberly Wereley

Kim Wereley is our Research Specialist and a Marketing Coordinator. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Nazareth College and has worked for the State of Texas as a Research Specialist. Prior to relocating from New York to Texas, Kim’s background and work experience included bookkeeping, publications and customer service.

 

 

Susan Swensen

Susan Swensen MA, GRI, RCC, CNHS , Probate liquidation specialist. Susan Swensen’s experience as a corporate executive in both marketing and account management in high tech companies is combined with real estate experience from the investing side. Susan first started working with estate properties over twenty years ago in San Jose, CA. She has renovated numerous homes and thoroughly understands the unique challenges that often accompany estate properties. Susan is a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas. In addition to being a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, (GRI), she is also Residential Construction Certified (RCC) and is a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). She has an MA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Susan’s corporate and real estate experience give her a unique insight for developing successful, tailored solutions for her clients.

David Ackel

David Ackel, Austin, TX, is a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas as well as Louisiana

David has earned the prestigious title of State Champion Auctioneer. He was designated a “Colonel” of the State of Louisiana for his Auctioneer accomplishments. David grew up and worked in his family’s auction business in Louisiana. He currently channels his auctioneering talents as a Charity Auctioneer and Live Auction consultant. David has provided Auctioneering services as a Live Auction consultant and as an auctioneer for such notable organizations as First Tee of Greater Austin, Dell Children’s Hospital, Coastal Conservation Association and many others. David is also an experienced Investment advisor and has served as a Private Client Group Resource manager and Senior Financial Consultant. David has a Masters Degree from the University of Louisiana and he and his wife Amanda have three young children.

David Runte

David Runte, Austin/Houston TX is a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas and works as an Auctioneer, and Ringmen/Bid assistant. David offers his services to the community as a Charity Auctioneer and Ringman – having performed several Benefit auctions since 2006. David also holds the designation of GPPA – Graduate Personal Property Appraiser and is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association as well as the National Auctioneers Association. David attended the Texas Auction Academy and founded Clear Lake Auction Company. David has experience in Live Auctions and manages all services for On-Line Auctions. David has considerable experience in project management, overseeing graphic design, web design, sales, contract negotiation and all aspects of auction preparation and execution including, merchandise pick-up and set-up, photography and descriptions, advertising, marketing, sound system replacement and upgrades, set up and post sale pick up, payments and reconciliations. When David is not working as an Auctioneer and/or Ringman/Bid Assistant or coordinating an On-Line Auction, you may find him enjoying golf, restoration, boating, fishing, hiking or travelling. David and his wife Hilary are parents to JD and Courtney.
